Fred Steak Marinade

Fred steak is a marinated beef steak sold by Schaub's Meat, Fish and Poultry Market in the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California, United States.

Ingredients

• 1½ cup brewed coffee
• 1 cup red wine
• ½ cup olive oil
• ½ cup molasses
• ⅓ cup Balsamic vinegar
• ⅓ cup Tamari sauce
• ⅓ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 6 cloves garlic

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients together to make marinade.
2. Use to marinate meat.
