Atkins-Friendly Mock Tiramisu

This preparation is loosely inspired by tiramisu, and it contains rich dairy, egg, cocoa, and coffee.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups cream cheese (not low-fat)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp baking cocoa
• 1 tsp instant espresso powder

Steps
